Following the new academic year 2023/2024, HELB has revealed that they have successfully disbursed second semester loans to various students according to their batch numbers.
Students have therefore been asked to confirm their various bank accounts within 72 hours. This is after a short message( SMS) was sent to some of the students that confirmed the same.
The upkeep funds that have already began reflecting on various students’ accounts are meant to help them to be able to cater for their needs throughout the whole semester. According to HELB report, the students will receive the exact amount as that was awarded during first semester. The upkeep funds ranges from 16000 to 32000 per semester for every student depending the need of the student background.
Consequently, scholarship funds and the second semester tution loans will be released to various institutions after disbursement of upkeep funds. More information concerning the disbursement of scholarship and semester two tution funds will be released by HELB later on. Stay tuned for more!
