Sironga Girls National School Thanksgiving Ceremony.
Following the new Chief Principal who is three weeks old in the office madam Jane Nyanumba, has held a colourful thanksgiving to last year’s KCSE class.
On Saturday, February 10th, 2024, Sironga Girls National School in Nyamira County hosted a special function to honor the outstanding achievements of its top-performing students in the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams.
The ceremony was attended by Nyamira County Director, teachers, support staff, parents, distinguished guests of different genders and fellow students, served as a momentous occasion to celebrate academic excellence and recognize the dedication and hard work of the students.
Among the girls recognized were seven individuals who achieved remarkable results, each scoring an impressive A- in the KCSE exams.
These students, namely;

4. KODONDE ADHIAMBO BELVIN
5. VALLARY AKELLO
6. NAOMY OBUNGA
7. VERONICA BOYANI KAMAHANGA
Girls were rewarded for their exceptional performance with smartphones as a token of appreciation for their diligence and commitment to their studies.
In recognition to the Equity Bank Manager and KCB Bank representative, the manager from equity bank gave ATIENO MERCY who is aspiring to take medicine the chance of working at equity bank before joining the university symbolizing the school’s pride and appreciation for her exceptional academic prowess.
The ceremony was a joyous occasion, filled with applause and admiration for the hardworking students who demonstrated exemplary performance in the KCSE exams. Their achievements serve as a source of inspiration and motivation for their peers, encouraging them to strive for excellence in their academic pursuits.
As the students were honored and rewarded for their accomplishments, the event underscored the school’s commitment to nurturing talent, fostering academic excellence, and empowering students to reach their full potential.
