Dated on Saturday 9th December, 2023 the KUCCPS announced that it had completed the placement process for (Kenya Medical Training College) KMTC students.Whereby they advised the applicants to check their application status through official portal.

“Notice! KUCCPS has completed processing applications for KMTC courses submitted from 24th November, 2023, to fill limited vacancies,” KUCCPS announced.
Considering the complains made from some applicants who have missed for the placement despite they made application and have logged in the portal several times without getting a positive results.
“I have logged in but the status is still saying active, what might be the problem?” The applicant lamented in a statement.
KUCCPS assured them by promising to consider them and book first when new other opportunities arises and the applicants were advised to wait for the next placement process to curb that incident.
Following the announcement made by KUCCPS dated on 24th November the portal was opened for interested applicants to join different courses offered in KMTC.
Nevertheless, KUCCPS initially warned applicants that only limited slots were available whereby the application window was restricted to a specific duration.
“KUCCPS invites application from eligible and qualified secondary school graduates for placement to the Kenya Medical Training College(KMTC),” the statement read part.
However, KUCCPS while opening the portal for applications did not make clear about the slots to be applied for and the criteria they will be using to select for the successful applicants who meets required conditions.
This made the applicants to feel inferior with the statement of selection but it something to be looked in future in fully details.
How to check for successful applicants:
(a). Log in to the student’s portal account.
(b). Enter your details including the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education index number (KCSE), KCSE year, and Birth Certificate Number or Kenya Certificate of Primary Education index number as initial password.
